Mission Statement

The mission of  TOVAS Charter School is to produce graduates who can successfully compete in the 21st century, whether in the workplace or in institutions of higher learning.  TOVAS Charter School recognizes the need to provide our students, not only with the basic skills of reading, writing , and math, but also with the technological know-how needed to survive in this ever-changing world.  We must prepare our students for their future, not our past.  While reading and writing remain basic to acquiring knowledge, pencil, paper and textbooks alone are no longer sufficient tools for student learning.  Students must master the skills of accessing, synthesizing and analyzing information.  TOVAS Charter School is committed to fulfilling this mission.
